Training with a partner is a powerful way to stay motivated and accountable. Buddy sessions give you and a friend (or spouse, colleague, teammate) the benefit of personalized coaching at a reduced rate - with the added energy and support of working together.
Expect the same tailored programming, just shared between two people who are committed to showing up and putting in the work.
