This program is designed specifically for student athletes in grades 6–12. By focusing on proper lifting technique, strength development, and injury prevention, athletes gain the tools they need to perform better, stay healthier, and build confidence that lasts beyond a single season. Training emphasizes long-term athletic development - helping young athletes progress safely while laying the groundwork for future success.

Schedule & Location

Session times will be Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3:30-4:15pm
